- Scrub the carrots and peel them. Cut off and discard the stem end and slice into thin coins on the diagonal.
- Add water to the mixing jar
- Place carrots in a steamer and stack on top of the mixing jar 's lid cover to steam.
- Select preset mode R - STEAM and adjust the timer to 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C
- Toss the carrots with butter, salt , pepper and chopped parsley, if desired. Mix them together.
- Serve warm.
