Marinade Prawns
- Butterfly prawns and marinate them with salt, white pepper and shao xing wine for at least 15 Minutes.
- Set asides.
- Place garlic into mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 3 Seconds
- Scrape down sides of mixing jar using spatula.
- Set asides half of garlic into a bowl.
- Add olive oil into mixing jar and saute the remaining garlic.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C
- Add sauted garlic into the bowl (Step 3).
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce and shao xing wine. Mix well.
- Place scallions and ginger on a steamer. Arrange the prawns on top of the scallions.
- Stuff garlic mixture onto the prawns. Pour the rest of the shao xing wine over the prawns.
- Add water into mixing jar, place steamer into position and ready to steam.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Adjust Timer : 7 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C
- Remove the dish from the steamer.
- Ready to serve.
