Tamarind Paste
- Place tamarind with water in a bowl . Stir to dissolve some of the pulp then strain for the juice.
- Discard pulp and set-asides.
- Add in all spice paste ingredients into mixing jar to blend.

- Add reserved tamarind paste, lemongrass, daun kesum, salt and pineapple into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 12 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C
- Add a little sugar to taste, okra and fish into mixing jar continue to cook until okra is tender.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C
- Serve warm with steamed rice.
