- Place (A) the butter and onion into the mixing jar, start chop and then saute.

- Add in (B) the flour and ham, start sautes until it becomes paste.

- Add in (C) the milk, and all seasoning ingredient and start boil until mixture to thicken.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 100°C
- Remove the ham mixture from mixing jar, allow to cool at least 30 min.
- With a spoon grab a portion of the ham mixture and with the hands mold in a croquette to make the ham croquettes, shape them into little logs (or use a pastry sleeve if you have one.)
- Prepare the 3 steps process, place on each plate with breadcrumbs, flour and eggs.
- Roll them on (D) cover with flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil to fry the croquettes until golden brown. Then place on a plate with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
