Soy Sauce Oyster

INGREDIENTS :
 3 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
 227 g chinese leek, chopped
 500 g fresh oysters
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp rice wine (omit for halal)
 1 chili, sliced
PREPARATIONS :

- Wash the oysters in the cold water and drain well.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add oil, ginger and white part of the chinese leek to saute until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add soy sauce continue to saute until it is heated through.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add oysters, rice wine, chili slices and green part of the Chinese leek to cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve hot with rice.
