- Place in garlics, ginger, carrots and press TURBO.

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar.
- Place in all ingredients, press TURBO.

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar, move the large pieces toward the blade, press TURBO until all ingredients are well combined.

- Remove the mixture from the mixing jar, gather it into one big smooth ball with spatula. It should be sticky and cohesive.
- Heat up frying pan, add 2 tbsp oil.
- Use large spoonful of the shrimp mixture and use another spoon to form a ball.
(To avoid sticking, you can brush the spoons with oil beforehand).
- Drop into the pan and quickly press it into a disc. Pan fry each side for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add last 1 tbsp oil if needed during pan frying.
