INGREDIENTS :
 200 g pumpkin, cut into small chunk, steamed
 500 ml milk
 1 tbsp raw sugar
 ½ tsp vanilla essence
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
 ¼ tsp ginger powder
Garnish
 Whipped Cream
COOKING METHODS:

- Add water 1 liter in the mixing jar and place the pumpkin in the steamer.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Empty the mixing jar, place the steamed pumpkin and the milk and blend.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Pour the pumpkin latte in a mug or tea cup. Decorate with whipped cream.
