- Pre Heat the oven 190°C. Prepare 2 large rectangular tray with greaseproof paper.
Settings: Temperature: 190°C
- Place the peanut butter, caster sugar, sea salt flakes and egg in the mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 5
- Add the chocolate chips and combine.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 2-3
- If the chocolate chips are not fully incorporated. Simply use the spatula and mix it.
- Use tablespoon formed the mixture into a ball on to the tray. Make sure that you leave the space for spreading.
Bake
- Bake for 10-15 min @ 190°C until golden brown.
Settings : Timer: 10-15 Minutes / Temperature: 190°C
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before removing them from the tray. Serve or store in a cookie jar for up to 1 month.
