- Add Guinness beer, tomato paste, chicken stock, 2 bay leaves and thyme in the mixing jar. Then stew.
- This should be beef falls apart at a touch, the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly.
Settings: Timer: 2 Hours / Speed: 0 / Temperature: 90-95°C

- Skim off flat on surface, if desired. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaves and thyme.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or white rice.
