INGREDIENTS :
 200 g Button mushroom, halved
 10 g butter
 25 g flour
 250 ml water
 200 ml full cream milk
 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
 1 pinch salt
COOKING METHODS :

- Place the mushrooms into mixing jar to chop.
Setting : Timer : 10 Seconds / Speed 5

- Place the other ingredients into mixing jar. Then cook
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 100°C

- Blend until finer if you prefer smoother texture.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 4
