- Shred mozzarella cheese, then set asides.

- Place garlic and carrot inside mixing jar to chop.

- Place chicken cubes inside mixing jar and mince.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 6
- Add salt, pepper, and 20 g breadcrumbs.

- Divide mozzarella cheese and chicken mixture into several portions. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and form into a ball, flattening it on your palm. Then add a portion of cheese on the centre, and cover it up with the chicken mixture to form a ball.
- Prepare the 2 steps process, place on each plate with breadcrumbs and eggs
- Dip the ball into beaten egg, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil to fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown. Then place on a plate with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve hot with sauce !!!
