- Wash the cauliflower, trim the core and chop into small florets.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and chop into cubes.
- Place all the main ingredients, Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, garlic, coconut milk, vegetable broth, salt and pepper into mixing jar to cook until the sweet potatoes are soft.
- Select preset mode R - STIR
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C
- Install butterfly whisk, add the butter and mix.
Do not mix for more than 10 second, as the potatoes will become gluey.

- Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle black pepper and chives on top of the mash. Enjoy!
