 350 g prawns
(A) Mixture
 5 cloves garlic
 2 pieces bird's eye chillies
 3 tbsp curry leaves
 2 salted egg yolks
(B)
 35 g butter
 700 g full cream milk
 1 tsp corn flour (mixed with milk)
 1 pinch salt
Garnish
 1 red chilli , cut thin
PREPARATIONS :

- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein. Keep prawn head and shell intact.
- Set-asides.

- Add the ingredients (A) to saute.
