Stir Fry Black Pepper Beef

INGREDIENTS :
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 ½ red bell pepper, sliced into strips
 ½ green bell pepper, sliced into strips
 2 inch ginger
 2 cloves garlic, minced
Marinate Beef
 450 g flank steak
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp Shao Hsing cooking wine (omit for halal)
 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
 1 tsp cornstarch
 1 tsp sesame oil
PREPARATIONS :

Marinate
Marinate beef with soy sauce, Shao Hsing cooking wine, black pepper, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 30 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in oil, garlics and gingers into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Remove and set asides.

- Add in marinated beef into mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in red and green bell peppers into mixing jar. Continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer out the dishes and serve immediately with rice.
