 ½ tsp salt

 4 cloves garlic
 10 red chilies
 6 green chilies
 1 tomato , quartered (optional)

 2 stalks lemongrass
 100 ml water

COOKING METHODS :

Fried the chicken
- Place ingredients (A) Marinade the chicken for 30 Minutes.
- Fry until half cooked.
- Set-asides.

- Place ingredients (B) in the mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Press TURBO for 3 Seconds

- Continue to saute until aromatic.
Settings : Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the fried chickens and continue to sauté.
Setting: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve immediately with white rice.
