Avocado Dip

INGREDIENTS :
 1 pieces tomato, ripe and cut into small pieces
 20 g yellow onion, cut into small pieces
 20 g lemon juice
 1 pinch salt
 1 pinch black pepper
 ½ tsp lemon essential oil
 2 pieces avocado, peeled and pits removed
COOKING METHODS :

- Place all the ingredients into mixing jar to blend.
- Attach simmering basket.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 8

- Scrape down side of mixing jar with silicon spatula.
- Add avocado then continue blend.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 5

Repeat this step till desired texture.

- Transfer into serving dish.
